Direct Access is a human resources information system provide to allow Public Health Service (PHS) Officers to view their information and edit certain records. The purpose of this training is to familiarize you with the Direct Access Self Service Screens.
To access Direct Access, in your browser go to https://ep.direct-access.us/psp/UCGP1PP/?cmd=login&languageCd=ENG.
There, enter your User ID and Password into the appropriate fields, depicted to the right. Clicking on Sign In at that site will take you to "Employee-facing Registry Content."
NOTE: You need to have cookies enabled in your browser. Otherwise, you may be unable to log into the system. Check the Direct Access FAQs for further instructions if you have login difficulties (Click on FAQs in the lower right of this screen).
