There is a new process for validating NON-qualifying degrees/certifications** for Direct Access at http://dcp.psc.gov/ccmis/Officer_Profile_Update.aspx
** A NON-qualifying degree/certification is one that was not required for your appointment as an officer in the Corps. For example, if you are in the Nurse Category, your BS in Nursing is your qualifying degree. If you also have an MPH, then this is an additional degree. It is a NON-qualifying degree.
Any errors or omissions of substance that an officer notes and cannot correct through Direct Access self-service should be addressed by contacting the PSC Help Desk at CCHelpDesk@psc.gov. Please note that an error in license issuance date will have no effect on your promotion - no further action is required on your part.
